Training Calendar

Training classes are now available throughout Washington state.

To see the start and end dates for courses near you, select your training below and click on the location.

Individual Providers (IPs) can enroll by calling the Member Resource Center at 1-866-371-3200, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. When you call, you will leave a message with your:

  • First and last name.
  • Phone number.
  • Best time to be called back.
  • Training you would like to enroll in and its location.

An enrollment team member will return your call and help you enroll as soon as possible.

Agency Providers (APs) can enroll by calling their employer.

Basic Training 70 is required training for Standard Home Care Aides (HCAs) who take care of clients both part- or full-time.

Basic Training 30 is required training for Parent Individual Provider, Limited Service and Adult Child Caregivers. All 30 hours are completed online.

If you need to start Basic Training 30, you will get an email with instructions to enroll.

If you have completed some Basic Training 30 prior to 2/15/22, but still have some remaining modules, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to finish your training.

Basic Training 7 is a 7-hour required training for Parent Individual Provider (DDA).
