Basic Training 30

Basic Training 30 is required training for Family Providers (includes Parent Provider, Non-DDA), Limited Service Providers and Adult Child Providers.

If you were hired between May 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, you were sent an email with your username, password and instructions on how to enroll in the Caregiver Learning Center on My Benefits.

After you enroll, you should schedule your in-person Skills Lab to ensure there is space available at a classroom location and date that works best for you.

Basic Training 30 is a 30-hour self-paced, mostly online only course. This includes:

  • A 3 and a half hour in-person Skills Lab class.
  • 27 hours of online courses.

After you are enrolled, you can begin your online courses at any time.

This course is currently offered in English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian and Vietnamese.
