As a caregiver with Aetna healthcare coverage provided through SEIU 775 Benefits Group, you have great medical and dental benefits.

The best place to start with your health plan is by seeing a doctor (also called a Primary Care Physician, or PCP). Your doctor can help with general health needs, identify health risks and refer you to a specialist if needed.

An online account saves time by making it easy to access your ID card whenever you need it, find in-network providers near you, track spending and progress toward meeting your deductible and more.

To find a doctor, create an account or sign in. Once you are signed in, go to “Find Care” to search for providers, clinics and hospitals near you and more. You can also call 1-888-982-3862 to find a doctor.

If you need help setting up an online account, call Aetna Member Services at 1-855-736-9469.

Once you have selected a doctor, you can schedule an appointment online or call your doctor’s office directly.

Healthcare Anywhere

You can also get healthcare virtually using your smartphone, computer or tablet. Aetna offers the following virtual care options:

Virtual Care: You can get virtual care with Teladoc Health or MinuteClinic Virtual Care. Log in to your Aetna online account to verify your eligibility.
24-Hour Nurse Line: Speak to a registered nurse about health issues whenever you need via message or live chat. Start by signing into your Aetna account or by calling 1-888-434-9473 (TTY 711).
Emotional health virtual care: Get counseling, medication help, and support for stress, anxiety and more from the comfort of home. Sign into your online Aetna account to see all available emotional health services and programs.
