Make a free appointment with a primary doctor!

As a caregiver with Kaiser Permanente of Washington (KPWA) healthcare coverage provided through SEIU 775 Benefits Group, you have great medical and dental benefits.

The best place to start with your health plan is by seeing a doctor (also called a Primary Care Physician, or PCP). Your doctor can help with general health needs, identify health risks and refer you to a specialist if needed.

You can find a doctor on the KPWA website, or by contacting KPWA Member Services by phone.

Find a Doctor And Schedule an Appointment

An online account makes it easy to find and communicate with a doctor, manage costs, see test results or try a new health program.

You can create an online account and find a doctor by visiting the KPWA website. Once you are logged in, visit the Provider Directory to select an in-network doctor.

If you need help setting up an online account, call KPWA Member Services at 1-888-901-4636. Support is provided in many languages.

Once you have selected a doctor, you can schedule an appointment through your online KPWA account or call your doctor’s office directly.

Healthcare Anywhere

You can get healthcare virtually using your smartphone, computer or tablet. KPWA offers the following virtual care options:

Video and phone visits: You can meet with your doctor or the consulting nurse in your doctor’s office over video or phone call. They can give a diagnosis and treatment advice, and prescribe medication.
E-visit: Use Kaiser Permanente’s online questionnaire to get care advice. You will either receive recommendations on self-treatment or a doctor will contact you with personalized advice within a few hours. You can access the questionnaire from your online KPWA account.
Email: For non-urgent healthcare questions, log into your online KPWA account to send your doctor’s office a message. Responses may take a couple of days.

You can also download the Kaiser Permanente app to securely access your online account and communicate with your doctor’s office from your smartphone.
