View your personal health benefits information through My Plan, a secure website where you can:
  • See if you are eligible for health insurance benefits.
  • Apply for health insurance benefits.
  • Confirm you are enrolled in health insurance benefits.
Before using My Plan for the first time, you need to register. View instructions for registering.

NOTE: Your benefits administrator is changing on December 16, 2020.

You will not be able to access your account starting December 1, 2020 and you will need to make your December payment by mail. Your new online account will be available starting on January 1, 2021.
