COVID-19 Webinars

Learn more about COVID-19 while getting Continuing Education (CE) credits with a number of new online, live webinars. Select courses are also available in Spanish and Russian.

The courses are taught by an instructor and includes a chat feature where you can ask questions or talk to other caregivers, just like you would in a classroom.

Please note that these webinars will be available to all caregivers in Washington state. If you do not have a CE requirement or have completed your CE hours, you can enroll by calling the Member Resource Center (MRC).

Peer Mentor Support

You can receive additional help with Basic Training and the Home Care Aide (HCA) certification process by connecting with a Peer Mentor.

Peer Mentors are HCAs who help new caregivers with learning and caregiving support. Call 855-803-2095 (9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday-Friday) or email peer.mentorship@myseiubenefits.org.
