The Secure Retirement Plan is the first of its kind in the nation for home care workers. The goal is to help provide additional financial security when you retire.

The plan is available to caregivers whose employer contributes to the retirement fund. Eligible caregivers will automatically be enrolled in the plan. Upon retirement, participants in the plan can begin receiving a retirement benefit.   • Nearly 80,000 participants.
  • 100% increase to employer contributions began July 1, 2018.
  • After 3 years, caregivers are vested in the program (the funds belong to you).
