Caregivers are invited to attend the 2017 Fabulous Aging Conference.

The first 30 home care aides to register may sign up for free.*

This conference will provide you with the skills needed to provide person-centered care to LGBTQ elders. Through attending, you’ll help address the disparities in care that exist for these elders, and support inclusive and equitable caregiving.

Caregivers who attend the full conference will also receive 8 hours of Continuing Education credits and a certificate of completed training. Lunch will be provided for you during the conference.
