Beneficiaries are an important part of your plan. A beneficiary is the person(s) you name to get the rest of your account balance when you pass away. More information about the Secure Retirement Plan.

If you do not name a beneficiary, your account’s beneficiary will be determined by the Plan, not your preference. 

 

How To Choose Your Beneficiary

• Log in to Retirement: My Plan.
  • Need help creating an account? Learn how to create a new login.
• Click on the Profile icon in the upper-right corner and click Beneficiaries. 
• You will need Social Security numbers and birth dates for whomever you decide to name.

If you have already named your beneficiary, you do not need to do anything.
