My Plan – Health and Retirement

You can view your personal health and retirement information at our secure My Plan websites.

Go to your secure retirement website to log into the new My Plan administered by Milliman. You will need to create a new user ID, even if you had one before. View detalied instructions for registering. (En Español: Cómo Registrar Su Cuenta.) When you log in, you can:

  • Verify or provide your contact info.
  • Select a beneficiary.
  • Sign up for electronic delivery of statements and other documents.
  • See your current account balance and contributions.

For assistance, call 1-800-726-8303 and select option 3 (5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday-Friday).

View your personal health benefits information through My Plan, a secure website where you can:
  • See if you are eligible for health insurance benefits.
  • Apply for health insurance benefits.
  • Confirm you are enrolled in health insurance benefits.
