You can view your personal health and retirement information at our secure online portals.

Go to your secure retirement portal to log in to the new website administered by Milliman. You will need to create a new user ID, even if you had one before. View detailed instructions for registering. (En Español: Cómo Registrar Su Cuenta.) When you log in, you can:

  • Verify or provide your contact info.
  • Select a beneficiary.
  • Sign up for electronic delivery of statements and other documents.
  • See your current account balance and contributions.

For assistance, call 1-800-726-8303 and select option 3 (5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday-Friday).

  • Apply for health insurance benefits.
  • Confirm you are enrolled in health-insurance benefits.
