How much do the shoes cost?
Caregiver Kicks are available at no cost to eligible caregivers.
What do I need to do to be eligible for a pair of Caregiver Kicks?
To become eligible, you must work 80+ hours in months 1 and 2, and in month 4 you are eligible and can order shoes. Caregivers who continue to work enough hours to be eligible for the program can order a new pair of shoes 12 months after their last pair was shipped to them. If you have questions about eligibility, call the Caregiver Kicks number at 1-877-606-6705, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday to Friday.
How do I order online?
You can order by going to https://www.srmax.com/caregiverkicks. You will have to sign in with your contact information and be verified by the system. Then you can select your shoes and begin the ordering process.
Who can I call with questions about my order?
If you have already ordered your shoes and have questions about your order, please call the Caregiver Kicks number at 1-877-606-6705, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday to Friday.
What should I do if I changed my mind about which shoes I want to order, but I already submitted my order form?
If you wish to make changes to your order, please call the Caregiver Kicks toll-free number at 1-877-606-6705, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday to Friday.
Can I order my shoes from the SR Max website?
You CANNOT order your free pair of Caregiver Kicks from the SR Max website without logging in first. This is a retail site ONLY, and, if you attempt to order shoes from the website, it will ask for your credit card information. If you have questions about your shoes, please call 1-877-606-6705, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Pacific time, Monday to Friday.
What if my shoes aren’t in stock?
If your shoe selection is not currently in stock, you will receive an email from SR Max within a week of placing your order. Please check your email regularly so you do not miss the notification. You will be provided with an approximate date that your shoe selection will become available, and instructed on how to change your shoe order if you want to select another option that is available immediately.
Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
When will I receive my shoes?
Check your email after you place your order to see expected delivery dates. If there is a problem processing your order or your shoes are out of stock, you will get an email notification shortly. Please check your email regularly so you don’t miss information about your shoe order.
What happens if my shoes are lost or stolen?
If you believe your shoes were lost or stolen, please contact SR Max at 1-833-599-9621 to determine whether there is confirmation of your shoes being delivered to the correct location. Unfortunately, if UPS has confirmed delivery to the location you specified during your order, we cannot replace lost or stolen shoes.
How many pairs of shoes can I order?
Caregivers can only order a new pair of shoes 12 months after their last pair was shipped to them, so long as they maintain hours eligibility for the program.
