Eligibility and Ordering

To become eligible, you must work 160+ hours in two months (80 hours 1 month, 80 hours the next month). In month 4, you are eligible and can order shoes. This is also explained in the graphic below.
Caregivers who continue to work enough hours to be eligible for the program can order a new pair of shoes 12 months after their last pair was shipped to them. If you have questions about eligibility, you can call the Caregiver Kicks number at 1-877-606-6705, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday.
Order by Phone
You can order your shoes on the phone. Just follow these steps:
STEP 1: Review the online catalog and choose from more than 70 styles of slip-resistant shoes.
STEP 2: Call the Caregiver Kicks number at 1-877-606-6705, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Pacific time.
It’s easy to order your shoes online! This website allows you to look at all 70+ styles of shoes and make your selection.
Returning your shoes and ordering different shoes is free in most cases. Make sure you prepare your returned shoe package correctly by reading the SEIU 775 Benefits Group return procedures and the SR Max return policy.
Know Before You Order
In general, shoes in the online catalog run true to size. There are a small number of shoes that we recommend ordering a half size larger than normal. These are shoes “Stacey” and “Surfside”. See the image below so you can recognize them in the catalog.
