Curriculum designed for the real world of long-term care

The Training Partnership’s curriculum is designed to prepare Home Care Aides to deliver respectful, high quality and comprehensive care. The Basic Training curriculum includes highlights such as:

• Transfers training
• Nutrition
• Bathing
• Communication
• Client rights
• Medication
• Infection Control

Training is offered throughout the state, with classes in 150 locations, in eight languages and nearly half during the nights and weekends.

How much does training cost?

Current rates through Dec. 31, 2010

Basic Training: $7.54 per training hour
Continuing Education: $15.60 per training hour
