Bidder agrees that costs will be within no more than 5% variance from the stated costs in the proposal unless there is a change to service requirements.
Bidder agrees that the proposal and all provisions of the offer are to remain in effect for 365 calendar days commencing the due date of the proposal.

Bidder attests to the accuracy and truthfulness of all information contained in the proposal.
