With close to 20 years of experience in planning and process improvement, Elinor brings a professional approach to project and program operation. As Project Manager at the Training Partnership, she oversees the project schedule for the curriculum development team and implements processes and procedures to ensure delivery of essential training. She has worked within the nonprofit industry as an independent contractor helping to plan, manage, and execute a variety of programs and projects. In her spare time, Elinor enjoys wine tasting and dabbling in organic gardening.
