With the help of the Operations team, Kathy Phan juggles the logistical needs necessary to deliver cutting edge Home Care Aide training for over 40,000 healthcare workers throughout Washington state. Prior to joining the Training Partnership, she worked for several non-profits in the Seattle area including the Compass Housing Alliance and OneAmerica. Kathy graduated from Macalester College with a BA double major in International Studies, Political Science, and a concentration in Human Rights and Humanitarianism. When not wrestling with classroom materials and equipment, Kathy enjoys snowboarding, watching romantic comedies, and playing with her pup, Merc.
