As the Senior Support Specialist, Andrea is responsible for assisting home care aides with their training requirements and delivering high-quality customer service. Prior to joining the Training Partnership, Andrea completed her Linguistics major through the University of Washington and brings over five years of education and customer service experience to the position. Born and raised in Colombia, Andrea is fluent in both Spanish and English. During her time off, she enjoys learning various languages, salsa and tango dancing, running, and exploring the beautiful Northwest.
