As Training Specialist, Jill uses her extensive training and curriculum background to support instructors in effectively delivering the Training Partnership Home Care Aide Basic Training. Prior to joining the Training Partnership, Jill created learning experiences and training solutions for a variety of companies and non-profit organizations. She has designed curriculum covering diverse topics such as Bloodborne Pathogens, 3D Game Creation, and Problem Solving. A Northwest native, she earned her English degree from the University of Washington. In her spare time, Jill enjoys reading historical non-fiction, watching classic movies, especially films starring Humphrey Bogart, and travelling around the country.
