Lilian was born in Seoul, South Korea, raised in Seattle, is married and has two daughters. She is enjoying a long career in customer service, having spent over a decade in the hotel industry, and most recently as a Member Resource Center representative at SEIU Healthcare 775NW. Through the years at SEIU, she learned that providing a quality training program is an essential and integral part of the excellent care students provide to their clients. Outside of work Lilian likes to spend time with family, work out and shop.
